As a guest, can I receive mail at Lagoon Ranch?
Guests are not permitted to receive mail from the United States Postal Service at Lagoon Ranch. Any mail received will be returned to sender.
Guests can rent a PO Box at the local Post Office located at 304 11th Ave N, Onalaska, TX 54650
Can I ship a package to myself at Lagoon Ranch?
Non-perishable packages can be delivered to the Resort via UPS or FedEx.
All packages must be addressed properly –

Onalaska, TX 77360
Packages over 3’x3’x3’, heavier than 30lbs will be refused and returned to the sender.
The Resort will not notify guests that a package has arrived. It is up to the guest to check for deliveries. Anything left unclaimed after 30 days will be returned to the sender.
Will Amazon deliver to Lagoon Ranch?
All Amazon packages in Onalaska are sent through the United States Postal Service and therefore will not be accepted at Lagoon Ranch.
Does Lagoon Ranch offer outgoing mail service?
You may drop off outgoing mail at the Mercantile but drop off at the Post Office may be delayed. If your letter is urgent, we recommend dropping it off at the Post Office – 304 11th Ave N, Onalaska, TX 54650
